- provide personal care and support, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- support service users with daily activities, including meal planning, shopping, and household chores

- administer prescribed medications accurately and maintain medication records

- implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive behaviors and manage challenging behaviors effectively
- accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and social activities to enhance their community participation
- monitor the health and well-being of individuals, promptly reporting any concerns to senior staff
Requirements
- have a minimum of one year of care experience within the UK
- must have completed a care certificate at the minimum or higher
- fluency in English or ILETS minimum score of 6
- the following personal attributes are considered essential to the post of Senior Support Worker
- MUST hold a valid UK Manual Driving Licence
- must be ready and agree to complete the mandatory training courses
