- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget

- interface between Engineering, manufacturing, procurement, purchasing, customers and other key functional groups to develop, generate and execute program plans to transition products

- bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- highly precise, critical thinker that can remain creative
- proven experience in project management, preferably in offshore engineering or related sectors
- excellent communicator
- willing and able to work offshore at varying days and times
- engineering background in product introduction
- strong knowledge of marine foundation drilling and installation techniques
- or client is an industry-leader in off-shore infrastructure engineering, specialising in their ever-growing renewable energy solutions
- A degree or HND level qualification or equivalent in a related subject
- seeing projects through from concept, design, manufacturing to sign-off and hand-over to the client
- experience in SRUM or Prince 2 would be ideal
- demonstrable experience in project management role
- A hands on approach, able to lead from the front and foster a positive working environment
- you will need to lead various teams to support and develop new products

- track record of successful delivery of fast-paced projects and working on contracts
- excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- providing peer review of all RAMS and lift plans throughout the project and ensuring procedure is followed
- you will be tasked with modifying existing products throughout the product cycle
- proficient in project management tools and software
- we are looking to recruit an Engineering Project Manager to join their team based in Falmouth , the company’s second-biggest site
- dealing with a wide range of clients in various industry sectors
