- support the nursery Deputy and Manager with day to day operation of the nursery
- plan and deliver engaging activities and learning opportunities

- review and tailor individual children’s plans and resources

- lead and mentor a team to deliver outstanding care and education
- offer constructive feedback to support professional and personal development of team members
