  • support the Key Account Managers
  • provide KAMS with Sales Information Packs and any other information that may be required, when requested
  • to establish and maintain strong customer relationship to make us the first choice for their waste management requirements
  • produce prompt and accurate quotations for sales enquiries and prospective orders from our managed accounts
  • provide support to KAMs with CRM utilisation, such as deal entry and notes where required
  • document and action any feedback or intelligence gained from communications with customers through quoting and following up
  • record all information gained from telephone calls and written communications within the companyCRM system
  • support on marketing campaigns when requested by the sales director
