- produce prompt and accurate quotations for sales enquiries and prospective orders from our managed accounts
- provide support to KAMs with CRM utilisation, such as deal entry and notes where required
- document and action any feedback or intelligence gained from communications with customers through quoting and following up
- record all information gained from telephone calls and written communications within the companyCRM system
- support on marketing campaigns when requested by the sales director
