Responsibility

  • assist with the administration of all vehicles, monitoring and arranging MOTs and Servicing
  • checking Road Fund Licences are up to date
  • new driving licence and annual checks
  • monitoring vehicle check lists
  • liaising with the Finance Manager and reporting defects
  • monitoring hire vehicle checklists
  • monitoring Servicing and MOT’s on long term hires and leases
  • preparing Weekly Fuelcard spreadsheet and distributing
