  • ensure that all communal areas are kept clean and free of litter and obstruction
  • be cheerful and friendly at all times, properly dressed, clean and tidy. Always stand to greet residents and visitors
  • check-in guests that arrive late
  • call Taxi's for the residents or their visitors as may be requested
  • keep a logbook to record all events
  • you are required to report directly to the General Manager on a daily basis to ascertain if there are any specific cleaning requirements within and around the Building
  • ensure that the Building functions smoothly with forward planning to forestall problems or misunderstandings. All incidents are to be reported to the managing agents
