- we are looking for an Office Administrator - Logistics; to help us with the day to day operation of our services. You would answer telephone calls from customers and take orders and requests as part of our customer services team
- this job would suit a recent graduate looking to start their career in customer services and account management work and those with office experience looking for progression
- taking calls from customers and brokers regarding service arrangements, checking a job's status, logging new jobs onto the database, preparing paperwork and following up queries
- write emails and respond to queries from customers via email
