WILLSECURE is looking for employees for positions:
supervisor
Responsibility
- control entry and exit points of the venue
- check identification and enforce age restrictions
- prevent and manage conflicts, diffusing situations before they escalate
- conduct regular patrols inside and around the premises
- enforce venue rules and monitor for any suspicious or unlawful activity
- liaise with venue management, law enforcement, or emergency services if necessary
- handle crowd control and ensure fire exits and walkways are kept clear
- complete incident reports and document any security breaches or concerns
Requirements
- must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor License
- previous door supervisor experience is preferred but not essential
- excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure
- strong physical presence and a high level of fitness
- flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- A proactive and vigilant attitude, with strong observational skills
- ability to work independently or as part of a team
