Requirements
- an understanding of and interest in Personal Emotional Wellbeing and related behaviour change
- willingness and flexibility to travel, have own transport and hold full UK driving license
- willingness and flexibility to travel, and in more rural regions, to have own transport and hold full UK driving license
Responsibility
- deliver support and other elements of service in a manner that engages and interests all Participants
- tailor delivery to meet the Participant’s needs and learning styles whilst meeting the requirements of the probation office
- creating and maintaining a constructive and confidential environment for self-improvement
- capturing key metrics at different points in the participants’ journey i.e. monitoring and recording participants’ progress
- using computer based systems to produce, update and maintain records and other documentation within agreed timescales
- undertaking visits as required probation offices, Willowdene offices, prison or other locations as required
- meeting with people accessing probation services to plan and deliver services that will help them reintegrate into society in a productive manner
- liaise with professionals including Probation Practitioners and primary care staff to ensure participants have the opportunity to access relevant services
