- we have an exciting opportunity for a focused individual to join our team as a house manager of a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, and behaviors that challenge, Autism, mental health, and physical disabilities
- A House Manager's role will include but not be limited to the daily running of the house, supporting the client’s needs and the staff in their roles, completing rotas on time, liaising professionally with the registered manager, office, family members, and other professionals, conducting supervisions regularly, completing any paperwork requested, compiling support plans, and reviewing when appropriate, following and implementing the company’s policies and procedures
