Responsibility
- willow Tree Farming is a 30 acre working family farm set in the Norfolk countryside
- we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Care Farm support worker with experience of working with vulnerable young people
- someone who has skills to enhance the nature of our work and who enjoys the outdoors
- any successful candidate would have the opportunity to learn many aspects of farm management and conservation
- any successful candidate will be trained in Safeguarding and First Aid
- we provide health, social and education care services for a range of vulnerable children and young people including those with mental health issues, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, autism, ADHD or SEMH
- at Willow Tree Farming we offer a variety of activities such as animal care, general farm maintenance, equine work, carpentry/woodwork, horticulture, conservation, woodland activities and construction
