Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • supporting advisers in analysing clients’ requirements, develop cash flow models and accurately record client data
  • we specialise in providing advice in pensions, investments, tax planning, later life planning and corporate planning
  • prepare client reviews, updating cash flow models, investment performance reviews and production of supporting reports, discussion documents and computer models
  • work within and stay up to date with FCA and legal requirements, plus internal template changes and advice notes
  • we are excited to offer an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm of Lincoln based Financial Planners as our inhouse Paraplanner
  • prepare suitability letters and reports , taking full responsibility for the client files and back office IT records throughout the advice process
  • work with other practice colleagues to ensure application and provider forms are prepared as required and clients are updated throughout the process

Requirements

  • previous paraplanning experience within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
  • minimum Level 4 Diploma PFS qualified already achieved
  • familiar with all major research systems
  • experience of the Pension Transfer market
  • experience of the administration of IHT and/or Investment products
  • demonstrates up to date knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation;· Attention to detail and the ability to solve tasks
  • excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
  • confident communication skills and comfortable dealing with clients, providers and management
