Responsibility

  • to prepare and serve a nutritionally balanced and attractively presented meals
  • to be responsible for the efficiently, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen
  • to organize and supervise the work of other staff working in the kitchen
  • to help promote residents participation in the planning of meals, noting likes and dislikes of food
  • provide a variety for special dietary requirements
  • make full use of fresh fruit and vegetables in season
  • check on food stocks, list requirements and place orders checking the quality and reporting any problems
  • comply with the Health and Safety laws and regulations
