Responsibility
- coordinating and performing all daily related tasks, meetings, and interactions with third-party vendors and suppliers
- prioritising and coordinating administrative services for the company relating to supplies, equipment, security and maintenance services
- overseeing and coordinating administrative procedures and review, evaluate and help implement new procedures as required
- managing, controlling and maintaining the agency's petty cash and be responsible for all company credit card purchases
- monitoring / troubleshooting and liaising with employees on any payroll matters
- updating and maintaining their internal intranet
- reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensure they're observed
- providing support to directors for travel booking, expenses and health claims
Requirements
- at least 2 years previous office management / administration experience
- excellent communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to multitask
- if you've ever used Jira for project and task management, you'll definitely stand out
- A strong sense of initiative and excellent project management skills
- A good understanding of business processes, operations, and organisational systems and structures
- A flexible approach, a driven attitude, and team-orientated working style
- the ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- strong work ethic and a proactive problem solver - a "no job too big or too small" attitude
