Responsibility
- sales & Account Management
- work alongside group commercial director to develop a plan for each core client to increase spend annually
- mentor other sales individuals on the team, passing your knowledge and expertise to help the group achieve overall goals

- work with the relevant internal teams, including commercial content, editorial and digital and event operations to achieve client objectives which maximise audience engagement and fit in with editorial and brand values
- face to face meetings where suitable with key accounts to understand marketing, sales, and brand objectives and present solutions to meet these across our portfolio
- sales of a wide inventory of products including digital, newsletter, video, email marketing, lead generation, content partnerships, sponsorship of face to face events and also exhibition sales
- network with food and drink producers/brands and suppliers to the industry, as well as with Chefs and Hotel/Restaurant/Pub operators
- ability to meet and exceed Sales and KPI targets
- maintain accurate records ensuring full use of nominated software across the teams
- develop sales proposals for each client so that sales targets are met/exceeded
- attend and contribute to meetings internally and externally as required
Requirements
- substantial experience in selling digital, content and event solutions within a B2B media environment
- be a self-motivated, positive, ambitious, and dynamic individual
- demonstrable track record of building and delivering strategic, high value commercial partnerships
