Responsibility
- develop and maintain our candidate pipeline to ensure that we can be responsive and proactive to our client’s hiring needs
- build relationships with clients to understand the intricacy of their business, what challenges they currently face and how the right hiring strategy can help them to reach their goals
- produce market insights around candidate availability, salary expectations and shifts in hiring across Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, CRO, CDMO, eClinical and Medical Devices
- sherlock Holmes it out – detective and hunting for the best candidate or new client is one of the most rewarding and exciting parts of the job
Requirements
- ideally a degree however we are happy to consider bright individuals that have an appetite to learn and develop themselves
- A desire to push yourself and realise your full potential
- A transparency-first approach to communication. Whether the hard truths or the big wins, transparency and communication are key
- sales experience would help you find your feet quickly – this role would be perfect for someone who has worked in Estate Agency , Car Sales, Software Sales, or any “needs-based selling environment”
