- working within a team to deliver on business targets
- effectively demonstrating company best practices and promoting brand awareness
- building and managing a strong network of relevant contacts within asset management, focusing on individuals within sales, relationship management, marketing and product-related roles
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years experience in recruitment
- asset management experience is beneficial but not required
- strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- proactive and self-motivated attitude towards work
- strong account management skills
- excellent communication skills – oral and written
- attention to detail in all aspects of work
- emotional intelligence and superior ability to manage complexity
