Responsibility

• provide grooming services to dogs
• provide grooming services to dogs, including bathing, brushing, and haircuts

• provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction
• maintain a clean and organised grooming area

• communicate with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests
• handle pets with care and ensure their safety during grooming procedures
• handle and restrain pets as necessary during the grooming process
• monitor pets for any signs of illness or injury and report any concerns to the appropriate staff member

Requirements

• level 2 or 3 diploma in Dog Grooming
• must be able to groom a minimum of 5 dogs a day
• have experience with working in a busy salon

• level 2 or 3 diploma in Dog Grooming preferred but not essential
• excellent customer service skills to interact with pet owners
• able to work 2 Saturdays per month
• A minimum of 1 year experience in grooming
• ability to work well in a team is a must
• able to work additional Saturdays
• have a true passion for dog grooming and working with animals
• confident handling all sizes of dogs, including difficult dogs
