- previous joinery/furniture making industry experience. It is crucial that they have an in depth understanding of how bespoke furniture is made being able to interpret a design pack through to realising the final product
- good knowledge of computers and CAD is essential- UK driving licence - Very good organisational skills are imperative.- Long term commitment, and desire to grow with the company
