  • wildcat Digital is on a mission to deliver digital marketing services better than any other agency in the UK
  • coordinating and overseeing Wildcat’s social media and email campaigns, sharing good news stories with new prospects, existing clients and old prospects
  • intercepting potential client issues in order to retain clients as long as possible
  • to help us achieve this mission we’re recruiting a Client Relationship Manager to optimise the client journey from lead through to delivery, supporting the sales function of the agency and helping engage existing clients
  • this role will suit an outgoing and focused individual who is great at building rapport with business owners and senior B2B stakeholders
  • responding to any inbound leads in a timely manner and supporting the Managing Director throughout the sales process, including the discovery call, proposal creation and pitch
  • they will possess a high level of customer service knowledge and a capability to complete vital administrative tasks which helps the agency function effectively and enhances the client experience

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
