Responsibility
- ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
- purchase and receipt of office equipment, keeping equipment tidy and in good working order
- organising external contractors where required for any repairs or maintenance
- writing quotes and providing grammar/ sense checks on reports
- administer Health and Safety for the consultancy – liaise with our providers
- administer staff tracking – in office, in field, working from home etc
- handling incoming telephone calls and being the first point of contact for all enquiries, engagement of existing and prospective clients
