WILD DAYS LODGE is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

Responsibility

  • to deliver and ensure a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 2-5 years
  • to deputise for the Preschool Manager
  • to ensure that the pre-school is a safe environment for children, staff and others
  • to develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development
  • to supervise and appraise preschool staff as directed
  • to be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Director
  • to provide a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors, at all times
  • to help ensure the preschool nursery meets Ofsted requirements at all times

Requirements

  • minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
  • reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible
  • paediatric First Aid
  • A commitment to quality in all areas, with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm
  • education &
  • forest school level 1, 2 or 3
  • able to perform under stress
  • food Hygiene Certificate
