  • knowledge & understanding of cask beer
  • knowledge & understanding of wild & barrel aged beers
  • previous management experience is a must
  • great Leadership skills
  • good team work skills - needs to work well within the larger Wild Card team

Responsibility

  • ensuring licensing objectives are met
  • maximising revenue and margin achieved
  • ensuring deliveries are received
  • ensuring the bar is opened and closed according to scheduled hours
  • attending licensing meetings
  • keeping staffing costs within target percentage of revenue
