- creating floral arrangements, preparing bouquets and bespoke orders
- ensuring that every product that leaves the flower studio is to the highest quality and standard
- fulfilling any appropriate tasks the Head Florist requires
- maintaining high standards of flower hygiene and safety standards as per company policy
- keeping the flower studio clean and tidy
- keep the floral shop clean and organized
- process incoming flower shipments and ensure proper storage and care
- strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and understand their preferences
- organizational skills to manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean work environment
