- wiggles & Giggles Day Nursery in Quinton operates as a privately-owned Early Years provider of education through its excellent provision as a leading nursery setting close to central Birmingham
- with an enviable local reputation and strong local provenance in the community being firmly placed in the heart of Quinton on the main Hagley Road West the setting is looking for an experienced Early Years professional with proven experience in management and operational duties
- ideally you will have had shared a Deputy Manager position or have been part of the senior practitioners' team with strong knowledge of the EYFS and a desire to implement and effect continual improvement within a diverse setting
- university Degree in a related subject is ideal but not essential however the passion to continue professionally and develop new skills and harness learning is deemed a prerequisite
- you will be a strong communicator, have excellent organisational skills, be well-drilled in operating a nursery setting from a H&S, curriculum and day-to-day management basis
- you will have demonstrated sound knowledge of early years processes and procedures as part of a management team and be able to show a track record of developing and mentoring your team
- ideally you will have managed staff and/or have shown excellent development potential as an early years professional to lead and mentor room-based practitioners daily
