Responsibility

  • strategically overseeing the Health and Safety operations across the Company and promoting best practice with all members of staff
  • producing and overseeing all the risk assessments
  • producing and overseeing all SSOW, SOP’s and COSHH risk assessments
  • managing visitors and contractors while on site
  • to report on Health and Safety performance monthly and achieve KPI’s
  • coordinating fire safety, including system monitoring and fire evacuation drills
  • leading on audits of the site and maintaining/improving Health and Safety plans
  • arranging and delivering core in-house Health and Safety Training across the Company as required
