Responsibility

  • analyse customer requirements and assist with project budgeting and scheduling
  • manage the briefing, delivery, profitability and reporting of Client projects
  • ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • brief and liaise with UX, Design, Development and Hosting teams
  • develop clear project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • manage Clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring they are kept fully informed
  • liaise with 3rd parties to agree deliverables and manage scope
  • lead project review meetings

Requirements

  • relevant digital project management experience, ideally gained within a similar agency
  • experience and knowledge of web technologies
  • experience of developing effective working relationships internally and externally
  • experience of Content Management Systems
  • good applied knowledge of formal project management methodologies
  • A proactive spirit
  • high degree of commitment, initiative and perseverance
  • flexibility and resourcefulness
