Responsibility

  • this is a temporary position to cover maternity leave
  • hours are 0830am to 3pm
  • position will commence January 2024
  • perform a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • provide clerical support to the team, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • assist with customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • serve as a medical receptionist, scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
  • act as a personal assistant to the manager, handling calendar management and travel arrangements

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for document management and collaboration
  • attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks
  • previous experience as a clerk or in a medical office setting is preferred
  • knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
