temporary administrator
Responsibility
- this is a temporary position to cover maternity leave
- hours are 0830am to 3pm
- position will commence January 2024

- provide clerical support to the team, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
- assist with customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- serve as a medical receptionist, scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- act as a personal assistant to the manager, handling calendar management and travel arrangements
- support the office by performing general clerical duties, such as photocopying and scanning documents
- maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies
- assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
Requirements
- strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for document management and collaboration
