Requirements
- whitley Hall Hotel is looking for an experienced chef to join our established kitchen team
- you must have high personal hygiene standards and a can-do attitude
- relevant: 1 year
- this is a very exciting opportunity to join a great kitchen team who use fresh local produce to create high quality food to the restaurants 2 AA rosette level
- as a Skilled chef you will be capable of running your own section, have a great eye for detail and presentation, work well under pressure and have experience in working in a volume led environment

- the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for working under our Banqueting Sous Chef providing high quality food for weddings & events so experience within this environment would be a definite advantage
- our restaurant menu's are designed around local British produce and changed seasonally, we also have extensive banqueting menu's, afternoon tea menus and function menus all of which are executed to perfection by our talented kitchen team
