Working hours

Responsibility
- manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
- conduct credit checks on new and existing customers to assess creditworthiness
- work closely with the sales team to establish credit limits for customers
- communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans
- monitor accounts for any changes in payment behavior and take appropriate action
- maintain accurate records of credit and collections activities
- collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to resolve customer disputes and escalate issues when necessary
- continuously improve the credit and collections processes to reduce bad debt and improve cash flow
Requirements
- proven experience as a credit controller or in a similar role
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of credit and collections best practices
- credit control: 3 years
