- supervising employees and directing work as they undertake activities related to order fulfillment and order management
- ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely and effective manor, and that our clients compliance is adhered to
- ensure employees adhere to Health & Safety regulations and relevant laws
- monitor employee performance to ensure they are meeting company standards
- monitor warehouse housekeeping, ensuring a clean and safe work area is maintained
- picking accurately from locations and notifying the warehouse manager of any shortages
- packing customer orders
