Requirements
experience within payroll and bookkeeping
ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
an effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. ie HMRC
experience of data input
confident & proactive with a friendly personality
ability to maintain confidentiality
self-Assessments & Bookkeeping preferable
extremely diligent and organised
Responsibility
enter and reconcile supplier invoices using Quickbooks accounts program, Auto entry and other bespoke systems checking to purchase orders
maintain effective filing systems both manually and electronically
demonstrate awareness and comply with policies and relevant legislation in relation to confidentiality, documentation retention and archiving
demonstrate excellent communication skills liaising with colleagues, external clients
answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately within the business
carry out general administration and business support duties to support colleagues
collate employer & employee information and perform weekly/monthly payroll including RTI, pension enrolment & e-submissions on our Payroll Package along with payroll year end
