Requirements
- time served skilled mechanical pipefitter/heating engineer level 3 as a minimum
- previous experience carrying out installation works on commercial plant room desirable
- minimum NVQ minimum level 2 in pipefitting
- some maintenance experience highly desirable
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
- must have experience of commercial plantrooms and equipment
- CSCS Card
- must be capable of managing and prioritizing various mechanical projects and tasks, some of which may be outside their normal experience
