- lead and supervise the extrusion production team
- establish priorities to ensure the manufacturing team works effectively
- achieve manufacturing targets in line with objectives
- delegate manufacturing tasks to achieve production deadlines
- quickly addresses production process problems as they arise
- our client has been at the forefront of intumescent seal technology for over 40 years and is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of fire, smoke and acoustic sealing solutions
- work closely with the engineering team to ensure the quick resolution of equipment breakdowns
Requirements
- experience of working in an industrial production environment is essential
- experience of working with polymer extrusion processes highly desirable
- experience of successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- good leadership skills
- supervisory / management qualifications desirable
- FLT License is desirable
