- develop and nurture strong relationships with our highly important customer to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements
- act as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring excellent communication and exceptional customer service at all times
- drive business growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the account and maximising revenue potential
- stay up to date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential threats or opportunities and proactively address them
- with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, we provide tailored solutions to meet our clients' unique supply chain needs
- conduct regular business reviews with the customer to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

Requirements
- proven experience as a Key Account Manager
