- ensure clearences are updated within the business systems
- recognise client commercial invoice and packing list extracting data as necessary to complete import declarations
- contribute to customer care and key account as required to achieve a successful outcome
- maintain customer records, including the creation of new, in line with business processes and in conjunction with other departments
- aiding clients on the classification of goods and their importance
