Responsibility
- white Orchid Care is looking for Therapeutic Residential Childcare Workers to join our outstanding teams in Milton Keynes and Bedford
- our homes offer a containing and nurturing home for young children who have experienced early life trauma and damaging life experiences
- our residential homes are Ofsted Outstanding and as such, our staff must be passionate about caring for young children and really want to make a difference
- the role requires you to be diverse, energetic and be able to work in a therapeutic way. You will work as part of a dynamic team in providing a consistent approach towards the care of the children
- to inform senior staff of any health and safety/safeguarding concerns rising within the building or for a child
- to attend weekly team meetings and mandatory training / CWDC as required
- you will drive our children to activities and appointments, encouraging them to take part in exciting new challenges
