Responsibility

  • process and reconcile purchase invoices, petty cash, supplier statements, and payment transactions in Xero
  • prepare and reconcile monthly sales invoices for camping bookings and process Stripe fees
  • monitor aged payables and receivables, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items
  • perform bank reconciliations, including salary payments, bank charges, and ad hoc transactions
  • reconcile quarterly payables and debtors between Xero and Harbour Assist
  • track and reconcile deposits for moorings and ensure alignment with outstanding customer balances
  • conduct quarterly profit and loss consistency checks
  • collaborate with our Financial Consultant to support management accounts and compliance requirements
