Responsibility
- develop competence across a wide range of dental chair side support procedures
- develop knowledge of a wide range of practical treatment procedures and the relevant support necessary to ensure effective outcomes
- develop competence in the manipulation and application of dental materials across a wide range of dental treatment procedures
- learn to prepare individual treatment rooms for a wide range of dental procedures
- recognise and report behaviour that undermines equality under practice policy
- be consciously aware of own behaviour and encourage the same behaviour in colleagues
- be responsible as part of the clinical team for the care of the patient from arrival to completion of treatment
- acknowledge others different perspectives and recognise the diverse needs and experiences of everyone they come into contact with
Requirements
- communicate effectively with other team members

- recognize people’s needs for alternative methods of communication and respond accordingly
- all staff is expected to have or to have gain minimum basic level I.T skills to enable them to use the practice I.T systems. All staff should be familiar with relevant I.T systems and security policies and procedures
