  • A cosy pub interior leads to our gorgeous Orangery equipped with a fully retractable roof creating the perfect summer suntrap
  • we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to fill the role of DM
  • experience in a management capacity within hospitality is key to thrive in the role
  • we are proud to offer the position of Deputy Manager here at the White Bear with a view to promote to General manager designate upon adequate training
  • A beautiful pub nestled on the corner of White Bear Passage, just off the historic Pantiles offering the best in premium food, drinks and service
  • you will be working closely both with the team and management to push the White Bear forward and uphold and develop the Premium standards , fabulous drink offering and our great food offer
  • you will also be working closely with the General Manager and Head chef to expand the profife of the pub through marketing , service excellence, motivating and inspiring the team to exceed our guests expectations
