Responsibility

  • create and maintain user accounts across all IT systems
  • support IT Hardware, manage all facets of IT assets, hardware, software throughout the organisation
  • maintain a strict device servicing and cleaning program for Hardware
  • responsible for fault finding and resolving failures in IT assets
  • manage Help Centre tasks, incidents, problems, change and service requests
  • ensure proper handling of requests including escalation if required
  • participate and assist with daily activities for the IT Team
  • diligently utilise the help centre to assign work appropriately

Requirements

  • experience working with windows, Microsoft 365 and associated technologies
  • experience of the Drupal Content Management system
  • experience of Jira Service Desk
  • 1+ year experience of working in an IT environment
