  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial situations and provide tailored solutions
  • proficient in mortgage sourcing systems and relevant software applications
  • ceMAP or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable
  • mortgage advising: 2 years
