  • you will be able to train staff to a high standard and lead by example , sharing your knowledge to help progress every member of the team

Requirements

  • ideally management experience, a proven supervisor would be considered
  • hands-on experience with coffee machines, bar cellar knowledge, and an understanding of current trends within the industry
  • be able to maintain budgets for staffing, create rotas for adequate staffing levels, including events
  • availability to work within all opening hours
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • be able to work to deadlines & communicate effectively with the management team & directors
  • ordering responsibilities, ensuring that stock control is maintained, and stock takes are accurate
  • be absolutely “hands on” in all aspects of the role
