Responsibility

  • due to the success of the Westomatic Autorista and Horeca range we are seeking a dynamic, driven and skilled Technical and Training Manager to design and develop training programmes to support new and existing customers
  • you will be responsible for conducting and coordinating the delivery of this comprehensive training, building close relationships with the teams you train
  • you will engage with and visit customers to help refine training delivery, in a culture of continuous improvement; adapting and expanding the programme to ensure customers achieve optimal performance from our machines
  • whilst this role will be based at our Westomatic site you will be required to travel to customers sites on a regular basis

Requirements

  • technical / Engineering: 2 years
