Responsibility

  • westminster Housing are focused and dedicated in providing supported housing to vulnerable adults across the Birmingham area
  • hanging Fire Doors/repairing damaged door frames/replacing locks
  • carpentry works
  • ensuring Fixtures and Fittings are in good working order
  • rewiring or changing fuses
  • plumbing
  • we are actively seeking an experienced Maintenance Handyman to carry out a variety of basic maintenance duties. If you have previous experience working for a housing association, a council department or a similar housing complex, this is preferred
  • replacing Windows
