WESTHILL HOUSE DAY is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and healthy kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with registration and legislative requirements
  • preparing, cooking and serving nutritional meals to children and babies following a rotational menu
  • preparation and cooking of food following the 2-weekly menu, this includes snacks, lunch, tea and desserts
  • consider all children’s dietary requirements
  • all food must be stored and served at the correct temperatures required
  • temperatures of high-risk food must be recorded
  • to complete documentation such as temperature checks, cleaning schedules, opening/closing checks, etc
  • this role requires working in collaboration with others and taking responsibility for working in line with regulatory requirements and following setting policies and procedures
