- westheath Care Homes Ltd provides care staff to five care homes owned and operated by a private company, they are located in Bodmin, Lanivet, Lewannick and Bude area
Requirements
- you’ll be a highly organised ‘people person’ with a sound knowledge of current best practice in adult social care
- you’ll have a good understanding of the regulatory framework that applies to our service
- you’ll have a strong drive for knowledge, self-development and learning to improve practices
- to over-see the day-to-day management, operation, and administration of the business
- must have the minimum of a Level 5 diploma in adult social care with previous experience in a supervisory / managerial role within the adult social care sector
- to ensure the recruitment, deployment and management of an appropriate staff complement
- to assist with all employee relation matters in connection with the service in accordance with policies and procedures and current legislation
- to promote and maintain the high standards of care and best practice in accordance with current legislative requirements and with our Care Mission, Values, Policies and Procedures
