Requirements
- no specific qualifications required
- previous sales executive experience is beneficial
- previous sales experience preferred, especially Business to Business, and/or in the Construction/Fit out industry
- excellent organisational, planning & prioritising skills to ensure that follow up deadlines are met even in busy periods
- thorough understanding of the Fit Out sectors including who the key players are and standard methods of procurement in the industry
- A practical mindset and basic understanding of building/construction is desirable
- intelligent questioning skills to uncover strategic customer information
- excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to develop strong
Responsibility
- take & qualify incoming leads over the telephone
- taking and qualifying incoming leads and enquiries from various sources, including responding to customer queries
- take ownership of the small – medium projects taking them through from enquiry to order, including preparing quotations
- carry out post-order completion calls with accounts to ensure a delighted client and repeat business
- understand the needs of the customer & provide a fit for purpose solution
- understand the needs the customers & provide solutions
- follow-up opportunities and close orders, ensuring the CRM system is kept accurately up to date throughout
- prepare quotations and send to customers
