Responsibility
- responsible for all technical / quality product compliance at the Westfalia Fruit UK production sites
- effectively manage line reports ensuring KPI’s are being meet in full
- build successful working relationships with the key customer technical contacts
- carry out regular customer visits, to go over supply quality issues and address any complaints received in a proactive manner
- help drive the category forward by successfully launching new products to point of sale
- to ensure the customer technical libraries are current and approved. All specifications and alerts to be actioned in a timely manner
- ensure weekly trackers for each product line / source are prepared and distributed to the customers & Westfalia Fruit technical, commercial, procurement departments; raising any potential issues affecting the availability of any lines supplied indicating weather, quality and crop forecasts
- maintain customer service & complaint/refund levels to agreed targets
Requirements
- strong background in Technical compliance
- open to UK and global travel dependant on business needs
- understanding of the importance of product testing – pesticide, microbiology and authenticity
- retailer and industry software systems experience
- internal auditor trained
