retailer and industry software systems experience

oversee & manage the entire consolidation process for Westfalia Fruit International's global operations, ensuring adherence to IFRS
lead the Finnivo consolidation system, including template development, data integrity, and user training
prepare accurate & timely consolidated financial statements
analyse consolidated data, identify trends & variances, and provide insightful commentary
partner with leadership to develop & maintain the 5-year financial plan and annual budget
conduct financial modelling & forecasting to assess strategic initiatives
ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial reporting regulations
liaise with external auditors for a smooth annual audit process
purchase ledger clerk
Responsibility
accurately code, post, and process purchase and manual invoices in line with company policies
perform daily and month-end bank reconciliations, including revaluations and petty cash reconciliation
prepare and process supplier payments, payroll deductions, and inter-company allocations
set up and validate new supplier accounts and bank details within HSBCnet
manage group currency transfers, drawdowns, and overnight deposits
download and reconcile statements and invoices from portals, including HMRC Customs
support audits by maintaining accurate records and providing required documentation; assist with ad hoc finance tasks as needed
warehouse manager

oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of all raw materials and finished goods
ensure efficient space utilisation and warehouse layout optimisation
maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with other teams for effective inventory management
enforce health and safety regulations, conduct safety audits and risk assessments, and provide staff training on safety procedures
lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff, including conducting performance evaluations and developing training programs
ensure raw materials and finished goods are inspected for quality upon receipt and prior to dispatch, and address quality issues promptly
collaborate with the Hygiene Manager to implement and monitor cleaning schedules and maintain hygiene standards
oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, powered pallet trucks, and cold storage facilities, while maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the facility

the Warehouse Manager will join our growing Operations team in Spalding, reporting to the Planning & Supply Chain Manager
in this role, you will have responsibility for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of all raw materials and finished goods, with a strong focus on perishable goods and maintaining cold chain and quality standards
to be successful, you’ll have proven leadership in a high-volume operational environment, and a comprehensive understanding of UK health and safety legislation is essential
