  • to provide IT service management and support to clientele – managing, monitoring, and reporting. Respond, analyse, and diagnose faults, implement fixes, or escalate and liaise with third parties

Requirements

  • good Knowledge and working experience of IT Equipment including Desktops, Laptops, Tablets and Mobile Devices, Network equipment

  • good Knowledge and working experience of Network Environments including LANs, WLANs, and WANs
  • knowledge and good working experience of Network Environments including LANs, WLANs, and WANs
  • good Knowledge and working experience of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Project, Power BI

  • good Knowledge and working experience of Microsoft 365 management / specialised services including Microsoft tenancies, Autopilot, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint
